Production Facility

Over the years, Golong has built two independent production systems: one is used for extracting active ingredients, and the other is for herbal medicine. Our plant strictly follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to provide the highest level products to customers. Our plant peak production capacity is 260 tons per year.

Incoming Quality Control

Herbs in general contain high levels of micro-organisms and are also subject to contamination with foreign matter. Golong quality ensure system includes selection of raw materials suppliers, regular audit of suppliers' warehouse and farming land. In case of wild collection, we have on-site inspection and laboratory analysis processes to check any sign of quality issue. 

Outgoing Quality Control 

We inspect following indicators for finished goods:

Active ingredients content

•  Heavy metals (i.e. copper, lead, arsenic, cadmium)

•  Pesticide residues

•  Moisture level

•  Ash

•  Microorganism
